The Sony's new smartphone runs on Google's latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. The T2 Ultra installed with Quad-core 1.4GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. And it also comes with 1GB of RAM. Because of this, the phone offers the best processing speed. The Xperia T2 Ultra has 8GB on-board storage memory, further it can be extended up to 32GB with the help of micro SD card.

The new T2 Ultra smartphone houses a 6-inch big IPS touchscreen display. This handset's screen comes with 1280x720 pixel resolution. This new phablet phone sports a 13 megapixel rear camera with Exmor RS for mobile. This handset also comes with 1.1 megapixel front facing camera. This smartphone also has many camera apps that were included in Sony Xperia Z1.

The Sony will be launching this smartphone in two variants. The one variant has single SIM facility and second one will come with Dual SIM facility. The Dual-SIM variant smartphones name is Xperia T2 Ultra Dual SIM. Both smartphones sporting same specifications, except that the Ultra T2 Dual SIM comes with Dual SIM facility. The T2 ultra is powered by non-removable 300mAh battery with battery stamina mode.
